1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Coast Safe Pool Inspections website (coastsafepoolinspections.com.au) and the pool inspection services we provide. By booking an inspection or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Coast Safe Pool Inspections (ABN 26 395 969 036) is a licensed pool safety inspector under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC Licence: PS15541947).
2. Services
We provide pool safety inspections as required under the Building Act 1975 (Qld) and associated regulations. Our inspections assess whether a pool barrier complies with the applicable standard. If the pool passes inspection, a Pool Safety Certificate is issued.
Inspection outcomes depend on the condition of the pool barrier at the time of inspection. We do not guarantee that any pool will pass inspection.

- Payment is required at the time of booking via our online payment system (Square).
- A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS with your booking details.
4. Cancellations and refunds

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
6. Access to property
